Integration of High Density Nanostructures into Microfluidic Devices
Soft nanoimprint lithography has been used to fabricate nanostructures that can be easily integrated into microfluidic devices based on a mix- and-match approach. A few examples of common interests are described to show the applicability in the field of biochemical analyses.
