Lotus Effect Used in the Electrowetting Devices for Manipulating Droplet

摘要：

Electrowetting has become one of the most widely used tools on physics, chemistry and biologic, ranging from adjustable lenses, display technology and fibrous optics to lab-on-a-chip and microfluidic devices. Our lab now can use this technology to manipulating small droplet on PDMS film between ITO glass and pattern electrodes. (see Figure 1) The key procedure of the fabrication is to get a hydrophobic PDMS film.
