A Simple Automated Microfluidic System for Rapid Capillary Electrophoretic Separation of DNA Fragments
An automated microfluidic system with laser induced fluorescence (LIF) detection for rapid capillary electrophoretic separation of DNA fragments is presented. The system was developed based on the hyphenation of a high throughput nanoliter sample introduction system and liquid-core waveguide (LCW) technique to produce the simple microfluidic system of high throughput, low consumption for achieving capillary electrophoretic separation of DNA fragments.
