Electrochemical Sensor Array for a Microfluidic Flow-through Real-Time Quantitative PCR
This paper describes a concept implementation of the in-situ electrochemical (EC) detection for the real- time quantification of the PCR product in a flow- through electrochemical detection based real-time quantitative PCR (EC-qPCR) microdevice, where both the amplification of the target DNA sequence and subsequent EC detection of the PCR product are realized simultaneously at selected PCR cycles in the same microdevice.
