Preliminary Study with Common Fluorescent Lamp Excited Fluorescent Dye

摘要：

The spectral characteristics of a household tricolor fluorescent lamp were discussed. Stronger fluorescent images can be obtained by rhodamine Band fluorescent particles which are excited by the 550nm spectral band of tricolor fluorescent lamp and filtered by the home-made plastic filters. It can be employeed in the fluoresence detection and microfluid tracer experiment.
