A Microfluidic Flow Cytometry System Based on an Orthogonal Optical Arrangement
In this work, a simple microfluidic flow cytometry system based on an orthogonal optical arrangement was developed. Simultaneous detection of scattered light and fluorescence was achieved by collecting the light through the sidewall of the chip at the right angle to the laser beam.
