The Research about Classification of Outsourcing Modes for Logistics Service Based on LVQ Neural Network

As developments of information technology,market competition continuously intensifies and many enterprises begin to focus their force on core competence. It is crucial for them to availably realize the whole strategy by exactly classifying and positioning their outsourcing modes of logistics service. In the paper,we design an index system about evaluation of outsourcing modes for logistics service in light of the basic theory of logistics service management. This index system evaluates outsourcing modes from two rules: logistics profitability and strategic degree of association. Then we select LVQ neural networks as evaluating method. At the end of this paper,we not only divide logistics service into four outsourcing modes according to evaluating result,but also describe their character and relevant managerial implications.
