New mode of third party logistics innovation: the theory and case analysis of finance,transportation and warehouse
In the integration of supply chain,as integrating management has already been applied in the flows of goods,information and capital,the integration between logistics and cash flows has already become a stringent problem. On the basis of clarifying the concept of Finance,Transportation and Warehouse (FTW),this text analyses the expectancy model of motivation,for which third party logistics providers offer the services of FTW. And then through drawing lessons from the successful practices that UPS added the financial service into its logistics processes,this paper launches study on the feasible modes of FTW innovation adopted by Chinese third party logistics providers.
