Architecture of Distributed and Collaborative Scheduling System Based on Workflow
We research the relevant technical issues that faced by the distributed collaborative manufacturing enterprises from the point of view of collaboration. Workflow-based distributed and collaborative scheduling system architecture is presented for collaborative manufacturing enterprises. The distributed workflow concepts and functionality for WF-D & CS systems are investigated to deal with an activity sequence creation and adaptation. We proposed optimization scheduling for enterprises tasks and limited and shared resources of the workshop. In addition,a statistical method is adopted for achieving the distribution function of the period of process and component or production. These distribution functions are useful to genetic algorithms for optimizing scheduling,and make the scheduling solutions more realistic.
