A Study of Indistinct Space on Gender Segregation in Job Market

Previous studies showed that people have gender segregation in job market. In addition,this phenomenon played a negative role in job planning and future job development. However,it seemed to change lately. Therefore,this study aimed to investigate the relationship between indistinct space and gender role in job market. Three goals as followings were investigated: (1) indistinct space of gender identity;(2) analysing the influence by indistinct space;(3) establishing a model of gender identity. Sample T test was conducted to analyse existence of indistinct space and Independent T-test was carried out to analyse questionnaires. The results showed that there is an indistinct space of gender identity.
