The knowledge management of the supervision consulting enterprise
This paper firstly introduces the concept,the knowledge chain,the patterns and principles of KM (Knowledge Management),the SECI (Socialization,Externalization,Combination and Internalization) model of the knowledge conversion,the KM actuality of the DCE (Domestic Consulting Enterprise) and the KM implementing ways and successful experiences of the international famous consulting firms,and then points out the primary problems existed in DCE. Using SECI model,the forming and accumulating process of the tacit knowledge of SCE (Supervision Consulting Enterprise) is explained. Combining the characteristics of the domestic SCE and according to the formula of KM,this paper put forward the main ways to implement KM.
