Research on enterprise knowledge management based on informationalization

摘要：

From the history and practice of knowledge management,modern information technology plays the important role. Especially knowledge management mode based on information technology not only provides the new solving scheme for introduction of knowledge management into enterprise,but also can help to solve some problems on knowledge management,such as management of tacit knowledge,effective knowledge fluxion,etc. so,search work of this paper will change the tradition recognition on information technology from persons and renew the right status of information technology in knowledge management.
