Researches on Knowledge Management Mechanism in Financial websites
It is necessary for financial enterprises to provide knowledge management service on their websites,so we investigate some important Chinese bank websites to try to know whether the knowledge management has been included in their website service systems. By comparison with the investigation on four foreign bank websites,we find out most bank website managers,especial Chinese bank website,didnt make their effort to meet the various demand from customers. They only provide ordinary knowledge and information service without individual service. In order to change this situation,we propose to construct the knowledge management mechanism on financial website. Knowledge should include three components: knowledge provision,knowledge acquisition and knowledge communication. Among of them,the knowledge communication is the foundation of the two others. So the first thing we need to do is to set up an effective knowledge communication subsystem. Meanwhile,we discuss the detail functions of the three components. This research will be helpful for bank enterprises to develop their knowledge management system to improve the relationship with their customers on their websites.
