THE STUDY ON THE MOTIVATION MODE OF KNOWLEDGE TRANSFERFROM EMPLOYEETO ORGANIZATION

On the theory of motivations crowding theory,this paper discuss the motivation modes of knowledge worker in the new economy situation. After analyzing the knowledge workers flowing situation in private enterprise of Zhejiang and the situation of knowledge transfer and motivation,this paper establish the motivation mode promoting knowledge transfer from employee to organization and offer a new method to manage knowledge. This paper divide the knowledge worker into three types: intrinsic motivation,extrinsic motivation and synthesize motivation. According to employee motivation types,the methods to encourage knowledge workers are divided into three types as well. We bring forward nine hypothesis according to the established motivation mode. We collect data by using questionnaire. We adopt factor and anova analysis to validate the hypothesis by SPSS13.0 statistic software. Through the empirical and theoretical studies,we drew three main conclusions: 1、 The effect of knowledge transfer from employee to organization is best when encouraging intrinsic motivation type by intrinsic measures;2、 The effect of knowledge transfer from employee to organization is best when encouraging extrinsic motivation type by extrinsic measures;3、 The effect of knowledge transfer from employee to organization is best when encouraging synthesize motivation type by synthesize measures. At the end of this paper,we provide some relevant measures and give prospect for next research aspect.
