Changing the Organizational Structure Can Improve Knowledge Communication: A simulation analysis on small-world networks

摘要：

Based on the small-world networks,this paper simulates the results of the organizational knowledge communication with different organizational structure,and draws some conclusion that we can find the optimum structure of networks to improve the organizational knowledge level,which is very important for the organizational behavior theories as well as the practices on knowledge management.
