Factors influencing knowledge transfer between non-profit organization and enterprise: An exploratory research
In the dynamic competitive environment,more attention should be paid by both non-profit organization (NPO) and enterprise for external knowledge acquiring. In fact,an excellent knowledge interaction relationship has been formed between the two groups under a dual driven force of institutional rationality and economical rationality. Based on review of existing literatures,this paper develops a measure for exploring the factors influencing knowledge transfer between NPO and enterprise,and collects 52 samples through questionnaire survey. Then,by using of Principal Component Analysis (PCA),this paper also extracts the key influential factors,the result shows knowledge characteristics,mission and responsibility matching,context of knowledge transfer,knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge disseminative capacity should influence the performance of knowledge transfer between NPO and enterprise,and then a conceptual model is put forward to explain the interrelationships of the factors above.
