Analysis of IT ROI

摘要：

By the analysis of IT system cost and the Flow of IT investment operation,It can be seen that there are three layers of IT ROI: the first one which can be weighted by the performance numbers,the second one which just can be described by words,the third one which can help organization reform and development but it is obscure. So CIO should make sure that the IT investment is following the flow of IT investment operation. And take care of the performance numbers that changed after using IT system and the cases that prove IT ROI in organization management and efficiency. Because IT system the basement of the organization management and operation,CEO or other top managers should pay attention to improve IT ROI.
