Early Warning Strategy System for Customer Relationship Management
In order to help enterprises to overcome barriers,build up and maintain good customer relations,find stable and long last customers,and be the winner in the long run,this paper discusses strategically the early warning Strategy system for customer relationship management,including the systems concepts,features,management style,and formation. The frame of the early warning strategy system related to customer relationship management is established,which enriches the basic theories of strategy management. We hope this paper can guide enterprises toward establishing efficient early warning strategy system for customer relationship management,so that they can improve customer relations,satisfy the customers better,enforce customer loyalty,reduce customer loss. We also hope this paper can help enterprises to find opportunities in the market and avoid possible risks.
