Establishmentandapplication of inspiritment model based on DC-AHP for knowledge-based staff
Start from building a model of knowledge-based staff,this paper analyses the incentives of reflecting knowledge-based staffs characteristics from five dimensions of personal growth,job autonomy,business achievement,wealth and environment supports,on the bases of summarizing research achievements of scholars at home and abroad and establish a incentive model of knowledge-based staff which is on the basis of AHP. Then structure Group judgments matrix and carry on Group judgment,draw support from AHP software Simplify the operation course. Finally through an analysis of result of calculation of the model,can find the encouragement way most suitable for Knowledge Worker,can help enterprises to overcome and choose the subjective assumption that encourages the way to a certain extent.
