Study on the relationships between enterprises stakeholders and Innovation Performance in Chinese Firms: Some Empirical Findings

摘要：

From the relationships among stakeholders,performance evaluation of enterprises technological innovation,and technological innovation auditing,this paper introduces a conceptual model which describes how stakeholders affect technology innovation performance and theory Suppose. Empirical data was acquired through a recent study of 100 Chinese firms in Zhejiang,China. Multi-regression was employed to examine the correlation between stakeholders and technology innovation performance. Then this paper deeply analyzes the influence degree of technology innovation performance and power and interests size of distinct stakeholders. The findings suggest that Chinese firms should pay attention to stakeholders power in technological innovation to meet the corresponding interests and should also carry classification management.
