Absorptive capacity and organizational performance: the mediating role of organizational learning
Under the Chinese context,this paper constructs an organizational-learning-based research model integrating absorptive capacity (ACAP) and organizational performance. Data from 221 companies through snowball sampling show that organizational learning acts as a mediator between absorptive capacity and organizational performance.
