Enterprise Organizational Structure Innovation and Complexity Evolution

摘要：

According to management entropy theory in general (macroscopic) and narrow (microscopic) sense,combining with complexity research methodology of structure,a three dimensional complexity appraisal model of management information transformation,function and structure is established. As a case study of Yanzhou Coal Co. Ltd,the multi- dimension metric assessment of the organizational complexity has been drawn up and verified,demonstrations have conducted to complex evolution of the microscopic enterprise,and the intrinsic mechanism of the enterprise organizational structure evolution is revealed.
