Commonality technology serving flat roof must need along with stride area,stride vocation and stride nation,it realizes availability share,cooperate with integration of alliance resource,in order to sustain marketable change of enterprise speediness respond. Grid supplies a sort of means. The paper set forth procreant reason,characteristic and system structure of dynamic alliance on grid,and emphasized the information communion density on grid by which can analyze the essential and important meaning of building a dynamic alliance under gird in the modern market competition with the comparison of innovation profit increment between enterprises
