Study on IT Service and Business Models

摘要：

The business models adopted by the information technology (IT) service industries will directly affect the qualities of delivery of IT service. Moreover,they are very important for future developmental models. Therefore,the architectural implications of three different IT service business models were discussed. Selecting a goods,services,and rental paradigm affects every aspect of the business,ranging from approaches to engineering and relationships with customers. The concept and characteristics of IT services were also analyzed for IT service industries to further position themselves in the market-place.
