Research on enterprises ongoing improvement logic--from TOCs five-step approach

摘要：

TOCs five-steps is the operating logic in enterprise ongoing improvement and development. This paper gives a brief introduction of the basic ideas of TOC and its five-step approach. Strategic ideas were put forth on the ongoing improvement of enterprises with regard to their hard constraints;and managing trilogy of ongoing development with regard to their soft constraints.
