Study on the Conceptual Mode of Cultural Heterogeneity,Team Process and Team Effectiveness
Abundant study has been done to explain the performance of joint venture,and cultural dif,ference is one of these important variables. After reviewing the existing literature,one conceptual model using process .creativeness and process conflict as intermediary variable has been set up,this can clarify the relationship of cultural heterogeneity,team process and team effectiveness on joint venture team effectiveness. Based on this model,the paper summarized the previous important research. Then,some suggestion has been put forward for future related study.
