On the development strategy of the Chinese-style management through SWOT analysis

摘要：

Various countries business management style are different owe to different traditional culture,The Chinese enterprise should create Chinese style of management according to its own culture. The article bases on this to discuss the development strategy of the Chinese style management through SWOT analysis and point out characteristic strategy,strengthening strategy and innovation strategy can be chosen in order to develop Chinese style management.
