Vendor management inventory based on ABC classification

摘要：

Supermarkets with inexpensive features attract more and more customers,while many of them facing the problem to reduce supply chain costs and lower the total costs. In this paper,we suggest building a low- inventory-cost model using the ABC classification method based on the vendor-managed inventory. It is shown that this model can reduce financial stocks occupied effectively and lower production costs.
