Business Strategy on Self-innovation and its Sustainable Development of Auto-enterprise in Shanghai

摘要：

Along with foreign auto magnates all landing China and domestic auto-enterprises being in face of new recombination and conformity,auto-enterprises in Shanghai will do what course to follow? This paper refers to the experience of foreign auto-enterprise and the Five-dimension Model of Enterprise Sustainable Development Ability,and describes the strategy on sustainable development of auto- enterprises In Shanghai. By questionnaire,interview and so on,we learn about the latest situation of auto-enterprises self-innovation in Shanghai. On the base of the situation,we put forward the business strategy on self-innovation for auto-enterprises in Shanghai,and give some advice.
