Classified Performance Evaluation for Knowledge-based Employees
In this paper,we review the existing studies on the methods of employees performance evaluation first. Then according to the changes and characteristics of employees performance evaluation in knowledge age,propose a viewpoint of classified performance evaluation,and further discuss about how to classify and what each class should focus on. And also give and compare two real enterprises examples of employees performance evaluation to illustrate our viewpoint. A simple conclusion is given in the end.
