Index system for assessing intellectual capital based on fuzzy set theory-take IT industry as an example
After analyzing IT enterprises by demonstration methods such as questionnaire etc based on existed research all over the world,an index system for assessing Intellectual Capital (IC) of IT Industry is. constructed. Furthermore,Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) integrated with fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is introduced in the process of assessing IC. As a result,the managers can grasp the status of IC management at any moment. Enterprises operation situation can be reflected better under the condition of knowledge economy. The advantages of existed IC can be brought into play. The shortages in managing IC can be located in time and some measures can be taken to remedy them.
