Synergic Resource Interaction in Business Network: Model and Simulation
Traditionally,firm resources include all assets,capabilities,organizational processes,firm attributes,information,knowledge,etc. controlled by a firm that enable the firm to conceive of and implement strategies that improve its efficiency and effectiveness. In this article firm resources are classified into two categories,synergic resource and non-synergic resource. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of synergic resource in cooperation among firms,a model is put forward to analyze the interactive regulations of the synergic resource and the synergy effect among firms in networks. Based on the analysis,several typical kinds of business networking model which come into being in the new times are simulated utilizing Hebb neural network method. A serials of hypotheses about synergic resource interactive regulations are set forth based on the simulation results.
