Product innovation capability evaluation of SMEs with genetic neural network method

摘要：

According to the disadvantages of current evaluation method on product innovation capability of SMEs,a method on product innovation capability of SMEs based on genetic neural network is put forward in this paper,which is combined with the basic idea of neural network method,uses genetic algorithm to optimize weight and threshold of established neural network model,and is on the basis of establishing indicator system of product innovation ability evaluation in SME. In order to provide the scientific and accurate quantitative basis for SMEs to improve their product innovation ability,we carry through empirical analysis about 5 SMEs product innovation capability and draw conclusion.
