Organizational Innovation Mechanism Viewed from the Perspective of Laser Principle
In this paper,we present the organizational inertias harm and highlight that organizational innovation is the effective means of breaking through organizational inertia. A conclusion drawn through analysis and inference with the use of single-mode laser equation is that in the process of organizational innovation,the establishment of innovation-stimulating system,leaders implementation of the system,and members recognition and maintenance of innovation promote mutually and are indispensable to each other. Finally we discuss a favourable opportunity for developing innovation that leaders normally neglect.
