Research into the changing opinion with the range of confidence in consensus process under group decision-making

摘要：

In group decision making problems there are two processes to carry out before obtaining a final solution: a consensus process and a selection process. This paper focus on the consensus reaching process,and presents the hierarchic bounded confidence model to open out the mechanism for experts change their opinions in order to bring their opinion closer. Firstly,a necessary and sufficient condition for reaching consensus which expert trust with the range of confidence is presented;and then,we extend the range of confidence (RC) model to the hierarchic RC model inside the group of experts;finally,the result of our simulation example shows that the ε-chain in the subordinated h-group leads to a consensus of all experts,whereas,the range of confidence is not strong enough to get experts with initial opinion 0 into consensus.
