Research on Dynamic Survival Time of Chinas Listed corporation

摘要：

In accordance with the financial situation,this paper first divides Chinas listed companies into five stages,namely: the excellent financial situation,the stable financial situation,the deteriorating financial situation,the seriously deteriorating financial situation and bankruptcy or waiting for delisting;next,this paper calculates the annual transition probability of Chinas listed companies from year 1993 to 2005,on the basis of which is launched one-year transition probability matrix;at last,it reckons the average Survival time of the listed companies at each inancial stage and the average time from each financial stage to bankruptcy or delisting.
