Discussion for Enterprises Intellectual Property Operation and Protection Management Model

摘要：

Whether the technological innovation and products innovation impenetrate the whole process of products conceives,designs,trial-produces,and markets. It is a kind of system engineering taking market as oriented. It not only requires integrating of products innovation resources key elements,integrating of relevant information of the products innovation,but requires the systematized management for products innovation in the whole course. This paper starts with the strategic choice factors which influencing the operation of intellectual property right,than discusses how enterprises to set up the organization of the intellectual property right;It also analyzed which kinds of functions may be realized to the enterprise. under the management system of intellectual property right. And grope for enterprises organization framework model of intellectual property right operation and protection.
