Study on the model of organization behavior distance based on distance management thought

摘要：

The behavior problem is analyzed based on the way of behavior distance,The critical factors which influence organization behavior are analyzed,the dimensional model of behavior factors and the three- dimensional Euclidean model for assessing behavior distance are given based on the numerical functional analysis thought. This provides a new way to solve the behavior problem and analyze the development problem of ecology harmony of organization.
