Research on the Correlation of Rigidity Competence and Flexibility Competence Based on the Complex Adaptive System Theory
Companies are facing an increasingly uncertain external as the rate of change in customer expectations,global competition,and technology accelerates,and the business environment of corporations are transforming from relatively static one to more and more dynamic one,the basic characters of corporations competition are changing,a new hyper competition time is coming. Therefore,the study on the corporation flexibility is becoming more and more important. First,the article brings forward the concept of rigidity competence and flexibility competence on the basis of complex adaptive system,and through analyzing the relationship between them,the article points that the composition of rigidity competence and flexibility competence is the basic factor for the corporations to gain the competitive advantages. Then,applying the theory of correlation coefficient,the paper constructs the correlation analysis model of rigidity competence and flexibility competence. Finally,the article puts forward the optimization method for rigidity competence and flexibility competence on the basis of composition of forces model from the view of value- equivalent line.
