Issues Management in Project Developing of Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Hospital
The large healthcare market in China Mainland has attracted investors from local,Europe,North American and other regions of the word. The investing wave of Chinese healthcare industry has come. Issues management presents an alternative approach and philosophy for Sino-foreign joint venture hospital project or the like which exceed the boundary of pure project management and characterize public,social and policy issues. Based on the project developing process of Sino-foreign joint venture hospital,the flow of issues management is provided. Than issues identified accordingly has been analyzed,including conflict issues,police and licenses issues,human resource issues and consumer issues. The experience of taking part in one typical Sino-foreign joint venture hospital project and practice of issues management in this project supported the results and conclusion of this paper.
