A framework for knowledge management based on complex systems thinking

摘要：

Knowledge management is a complex,systematic activity involving a variety of factors at different levels. Complex systems science provides an overall conceptual framework for thinking about knowledge management and for considering how this helps to provide understanding and advice for the organization. Drawing on complex systems science,we develop a theoretical model of knowledge management;based on the features of evolutionary complex systems,multiple level processes for knowledge evolution are identified. Furthermore,built on complex systems thinking,a general framework for knowledge management is presented.
