Wall Temperature Calculation of Drum for Large Capacity Boiler

摘要：

Drum wall temperature calculation is the key point in the low cycle fatigue analysis. We used to use the formula〔δT = 1/aΦVS2(former Federal Germany standard TRD 301 Annex 1) to calculate the wall temperature difference, and the results were too high to analyze the fatigue. The article starts from the 2D thermal conductive equation, and get the amendatory formula〔δT=-ΦVS2(1-l-μ-τt/a. Using this formula we get reasonable results in many drum wall temperature calculation.
