The Technology Development Analysis of Double Suction Rinsing Centrifugal Pump between Domestic and Abroad
Based on investigations of the main national pump enterprises, the performance data about 3,000 types of double suction rinsing centrifugal pump were collected, and the measurement data, standard data and sample data of performance indexes such as efficiency and net positive suction (NPSH) were compared and analyzed. The hydraulic characteristics of the products in the domestic and abroad were compared and analyzed, and the differences of products technology were found out. The study results show that the efficiency index of foreign products is higher than that of domestic by 2.5％, but the performance index of NPSH in domestic is better than foreign by 0.97m. The main reasons for the disparity are different rotate speed, different levels of design and manufacturing and the technology imbalance.
