Ventilation Optimization in Pulverizing System of Intermediate Storage Bunker Based on GRNN-GA

Giving to the variant working condition and the safe factors, the designed power of eject powder air fan of pulverizing system is always excessive in thermal power plant that brings on house power of thermal power plant on the high side. Searching the best Ventilation is an availability measure to bring down house power. Establishing ventilation mathematical model in pulverizing system of intermediate storage bunker by GRNN and searching optimal working condition by GA, then acquired the optimal adjusting measure of ventilation optimization in pulverizing system. Collecting real time data of a hot 50MW unit scene of power plant and adopting above means acquired the adjusting measure. The adjusting result indicated the method can bring down electricity consumption of ventilation system in effect and improve economic benefit in thermal power plant.
