The Ammonia Injection System on the Flue Gas Duct before the Electrostatic Precipitator Inlet in Zhangjiang Orimulsion Power Plant

The characteristics of Orimulsion are described, and the necessity and feasibility of adopting the ammonia injection technology on the flue gas duct before the electrostatic precipitator inlet is presented. The flows of ammonia storage, evaporation and injection system are illustrated. The requirements for the system design are proposed according to the reaction principle and the characteristics of ammonia. The design features of the system are outlined subsequently. The selections of main devices are briefly introduced.
