A Mathematic Model for Flue Gas Denitrification in Circulating Fluidized Bed0 with Highly Active Absorbent

The simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification experiments are carried out by using highly active absorbent prepared from CaO, fly-ash and additives at a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) , physical model of circulating fluidized bed under fast fluidization is established by the analysis of velocity field and concentration field distribution in reactor. On this basis, the Mechanism of Flue gas denitrification by CFB is analysed and the denitrification model of CFB is established. Moreover, the effects of various parameters on denitrification efficiencies are simulated using the model. The accuracy of the model is experimentally verified and is within an error of 5.2%. The model is very helpful in understanding the details of CFB denitrification with highly active absorbent under the fast fluidization conditions.
