Effect Element of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Eliminate Sulfur

CFB eliminate sulfur was a kind of half-dry removal sulfur technology which used limestone as reagent of removal sulfur. Mechanism research on the parameter of CFB which can affect the removal sulfur efficiency was carried out. These parameters include bed temperature, Ca/S mole ratio, bed material granularity, fluidized velocity and so on. From these studies, we can know that key factor to removal sulfur reaction is boiler’s four effect parameters, bed temperature is 830~870℃, Ca/S mole ratio is 2.5, bed material granularity 0.1-2mm, low fluidized velocity is good, and other parameters affect the efficiency of removal sulfur by affecting the four parameters.
