Factors Related to the Residence Time of Fine Particle Concerning the Burnout of Fujian Anthracite During Combustion in CFB Boiler
Factors related to the residence time of fine Fujian anthracite coke particle during combustion in CFB boiler which would affect its burnout were discussed in this paper. These parameters such as the height of furnace chamber, the flue gas velocity in furnace, the efficiency of cyclone separator and the particle size of feed coal have a great effect on the burnout of Fujian anthracite particle during combustion in CFB boiler. It shows that those techniques such as increasing the height of furnace, reducing the flue gas velocity in furnace, enhancing the separation efficiency of cyclone, employing fly ash reburn and properly increasing the particle size of feeding coal would prolong the residence time of fine Fujian anthracite coke particle during combustion in CFB, so as can promote its burnout.
