Experimental Study on Solar Collector with Different Thermal Storage Materials

摘要：

There are many factors to make influence on the performance of the solar collector. This paper focuses on thermal storage material in the collector. Scree and the water tubes with a black surface were introduced as thermal storage material. By the way of changing the packing height of the scree out of the water tubes, the height of the scree has been tested and optimized, the effect on temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the collector Δt and collector efficiency η were both analyzed. The relation of temperature difference and collector efficiency in the collector were concluded.
