Operating Economic Analysis on Multi-Plans of Boiler Feedwater Pump under Variable Flow
In view of the power station boilers used by the two pumps connected in parallel feedwater system, first, it was put forward that, under the condition of the same pipeline characteristics, there are multi-plans in the flow range on both sides of the maximum flow point provided by a single pump, which is “double pump constant speed, “double pumps synchronous governing speed, “double pump non-synchronous governing speed, “single pump governing speed or “single pump constant speed; second, the theory of least squares method and the similar theory of pump were used to educe the characteristic equation about the pump, motors, governor of the system under different flow, and the formulas about rotational speed, efficiency and energy consumption; finally the economy of each operating plan was analyzed and estimated by the analytical method, and the optimum operating mode in the scope of different flow was given, which may provide the necessary theory basis for project designers and operation managers.
